Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven expertise in enablement, training, or program development within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of sales organisations, ideally within channel, cloud, or technology spaces
  • Demonstrated ability to design impactful learning experiences rooted in adult learning principles
  • Confidence influencing and coaching stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Experience working with sales and learning technologies
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and delivery capability
  • Passion for developing others and driving measurable outcomes
  • Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve creatively, and maintain focus under pressure
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate action
