About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of HPM implementations, including IT solutions, capital equipment installation, and systems integration
- Ensure adherence to the statement of work while driving a high‑quality customer experience
- Coordinate and lead cross‑functional internal and external clinical, technical, and sales teams
- Motivate teams to deliver against timelines, quality standards, and project objectives
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans using Philips Project Management Methodology
- Continuously monitor progress and provide clear and timely status updates
- Ensure site readiness and proactively manage timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Drive issue resolution and decision‑making to keep projects on track
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and third‑party vendors through structured updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in direct project management, IT integration/implementation, or related skills
- Hospital patient monitoring equipment and solutions preferred
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or required to obtain within 18 months from beginning of employment)
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, information technology, computer science, clinical, or other related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong influential leader who engages and aligns diverse project resources and stakeholders
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Able to travel for business (approximately 75%)
