About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver technical support and maintenance services including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
- Document detailed service activities and prepare for service visits to achieve first-visit resolution.
- Address customer escalations and feedback and execute moderately complex service tasks in the field.
- Ensure compliance of Service Delivery Processes and deliver services effectively and efficiently.
- Participate in Corrective Maintenance and complete the PM schedules within the stipulated time frame.
- Implement FCOs of the respective modalities and act as a support resource to other FSEs for their implementation.
- Report necessary information both technical and administrative as per the norms to the concerned Modality Leader and Territory Manager.
- Coordinate the process of Spare parts Sales with the Customer assisting the Territory Manager, Operations Manager, and CS Sales Support.
- Identify opportunities for System Upgrades and promote them to the Customer.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Medical, Science related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT, Network Diagnosis, System Connectivity, Remote Service within Engineering, Medical, Science related environment
- CT/MRI/Multimodality experience – Mandatory
- Medtech industry background – Mandatory
