About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide clinical customer support as the clinical application knowledge expert
- Facilitate solutions design, optimization, configuration, and delivery of Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring products
- Serve as a clinical resource to Philips HPM customers
- Manage clinical aspects of implementation including workflow assessment and education planning
- Understand clinical implications of technical implementations and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment
- Prior clinical training and adult education delivery experience preferred.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, and/or PICU settings
- Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure
- Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) and/or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
