About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reporting to the International Services & Solution Delivery team, the DACH Customer Project Manager (CPM) will serve as a key team member.
The CPM will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, being their central point of contact on the services team and maintaining strong relationship with them.
Manage implementation projects in Europe, mostly in DACH.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage expectations with clear and frequent communication.
Act as a central point of contact for selected European partners and coordinates all services activities (implementation, logistics, support, training).
Support installed base via periodic support calls and escalation of issues to support teams and management.
Act as main point of contact for the S&SD for Philips Remote Security (PRS).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluency is required in English and German.
5-10 years of experience managing application or integration projects and/or implementations.
Healthcare and analysis experience required working with Clinical Information Systems.
Proven track record in building strong customer relationships.
Customer and business oriented.
Strong presentation skills and able to communicate professionally to an audience and in written responses.
Confident and mature interpersonal skills and proactive relationship building abilities.
Strong autonomy and organizational skills with significant attention to detail.
The job requires business travel of 25%.
