About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reporting to the International Services & Solution Delivery team, the DACH Customer Project Manager (CPM) will serve as a key team member.
  • The CPM will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, being their central point of contact on the services team and maintaining strong relationship with them.
  • Manage implementation projects in Europe, mostly in DACH.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage expectations with clear and frequent communication.
  • Act as a central point of contact for selected European partners and coordinates all services activities (implementation, logistics, support, training).
  • Support installed base via periodic support calls and escalation of issues to support teams and management.
  • Act as main point of contact for the S&SD for Philips Remote Security (PRS).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluency is required in English and German.
  • 5-10 years of experience managing application or integration projects and/or implementations.
  • Healthcare and analysis experience required working with Clinical Information Systems.
  • Proven track record in building strong customer relationships.
  • Customer and business oriented.
  • Strong presentation skills and able to communicate professionally to an audience and in written responses.
  • Confident and mature interpersonal skills and proactive relationship building abilities.
  • Strong autonomy and organizational skills with significant attention to detail.
  • The job requires business travel of 25%.
