About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing the assigned region to meet or exceed order volume and revenue targets
- Ensuring Account Managers and Account Executives work together synergistically

Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of industry or sales experience involving complex bundled deals
- 5+ years of sales management experience (ideally with Medical Capital Equipment)
- Consistent and successful sales track record
- Superior industry knowledge on market trends, products and current Philips product portfolios
- Financial analysis skills for doing ROI, NPV, ROA, etc.
- BS/BA in Business, Engineering, Associates or equivalent experience
- Strong leader with executive level selling, negotiation and facilitation skills
