• Present and demonstrate managed security solutions to prospective customers.
• Support the creation of high-quality proposals, tenders and bid responses.
• Collaborate with service delivery teams to understand service capabilities, operations and customer outcomes.
• Deliver enablement sessions to internal sales teams, helping them identify and position managed security opportunities.
• Support the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate pipeline information and contribute to forecasting activities.

• Act as a central point of contact for operational queries from internal teams, customers, suppliers, and vendors
• Manage shared Operations inboxes, ensuring all queries are handled accurately and in a timely manner
• Process customer orders, agreements, and licensing contracts with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely processing and order completion
