About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Analyze market trends and customer needs
- Solicit professional technicians to win business for our distributors
- Collaborate with warehouse distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Regularly review and analyze sales reports
- Stay abreast of industry trends and new product developments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent
- 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket space
- Knowledge of automotive repair shop operations
- Experience working with warehouse distributors
- ACES/PIES experience is a plus
- Automotive technical skills with a concentration on brakes, a plus
- Exceptional organizational capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned territories is required
