• Responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from design to testing, ensuring high-quality software solutions.

Lead Software Engineer

Engineering Manager

• Work with key customers and ecosystem partners to integrate our security solutions into broader system architectures.
• Define, maintain, and execute the strategic product roadmap for software-based security IPs, cryptographic libraries, and firmware portfolios.
• Partner closely with internal architecture teams to analyze complex SoC/system architectures. Define clean interfaces and solutions that ease the integration pain points for external customers adopting our IPs.
• Act as the domain expert for the product’s cryptographic capabilities, balancing classical algorithms with emerging Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) standards.
• Collaborate with security research and engineering teams to ensure firmware and software products are hardened against advanced hardware-level and logical attack vectors.
• Analyze market trends, customer deployment environments, and competitor landscapes to build a differentiated, industry-leading software security portfolio.

• Author comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and technical specifications that translate complex cryptographic standards into actionable hardware engineering requirements.

Technical Product Manager – Software Security, Firmware

Security Engineer

• Work with key customers and ecosystem partners to integrate our security solutions into broader system architectures.
• Act as the primary bridge between hardware engineering, software/firmware teams, security architects, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to critically prioritize product backlogs, balance technical debt with commercial features, and make tough trade-offs between area, power, performance, and security (PPAS).
• Author comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and technical specifications that translate complex cryptographic standards into actionable hardware engineering requirements.
• Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap for hardware security IPs and cryptographic solutions, aligning with market trends and customer requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and industry trends related to Post-Quantum Cryptography for platform security and hardware accelerators
• Define product requirements, features, and roadmaps for our entire product portfolio of hardware products based on customer feedback, market insights, and latest technology developments.
• Work closely with tech leads and sales to align product roadmaps.

Technical Product Manager, Hardware Security, IP

Infrastructure Engineer

• Developing and supporting the management of our existing development servers – these are physical machines running Linux (CentOS, Rocky Linux, Xen Enterprise and Ubuntu) and MacOS.
• Working with the Infrastructure Technical Director, Technical Leads, and COO to develop and implement a scalable server, network and storage strategy as the company grows.
• Installing and managing our industry specific tooling and configuring systems to manage jobs across a small computing cluster.
• Developing and managing monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks to proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
• Supporting the management of our network infrastructure and IT security across the company.
• Working with the rest of the Infrastructure Team to maintain and develop comprehensive documentation of the environment.

System Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices (ensuring accurate coding and prompt approval), manage the AP inbox, resolve supplier queries, and raise ad hoc purchase orders.
• Payments & Expenses: Review employee expense claims against company policy, prepare regular payment runs, and arrange ad hoc payments as needed.
• Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations across multiple currency accounts and assist with key balance sheet reconciliations (including prepayments and the fixed asset register).
• Invoicing: Prepare and draft customer invoices for review.
• Month-End & Year-End: Play an active role in close activities and support the preparation and submission of VAT returns.
• Audit Support: Assist with audit preparation by compiling schedules, reconciliations, and necessary supporting documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Help identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to ad hoc finance projects, reporting, and analysis.
