Account Executive

• Maintain a high level of customer engagement, professionalism, accountability, and responsiveness
• Develop account strategies that align customer business needs with company solutions and services capabilities
• Negotiate and close complex opportunities across both Federal and commercial accounts
• Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles while maintaining accurate forecasting, CRM activity, and pipeline management
• Work closely with engineering, pre-sales, leadership, and delivery teams to develop customer solutions and support sales initiatives
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of VAR solutions, infrastructure technologies, managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity offerings, and professional services capabilities
• Build and maintain relationships with key OEMs, distributors, vendors, and strategic partners including Cisco and other leading infrastructure providers
• Identify and develop attached services opportunities tied to hardware, software, cloud, and infrastructure solutions
• Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing customer relationships across infrastructure, managed services, cloud managed services, and professional services offerings
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of Federal and commercial business opportunities through direct customer engagement, vendor relationships, OEM partnerships, and strategic partner alignment

VAR Account Executive

Compliance

• Provide practical and business-focused contract and compliance guidance to internal stakeholders while protecting the company and supporting growth
• Support internal audits, compliance reviews, reporting obligations, and documentation requests across both Federal and commercial operations
• Partner with leadership, sales, finance, operations, and delivery teams to ensure contracts and compliance requirements support business growth and operational success
• Create and maintain contract trackers, renewal calendars, compliance matrices, reporting schedules, and risk summaries to provide leadership visibility into contract and compliance status
• Evaluate current processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions that improve accountability, organization, and execution
• Support Federal contracting activities involving GWACs, IDIQs, GSA Schedules, NASA SEWP, NIH NITAAC, CIO-SP, BPAs, task orders, and other procurement vehicles while also supporting commercial customer and vendor agreements
• Manage compliance tracking, reporting obligations, renewals, contract modifications, flow-down clauses, and customer commitments across both Federal and commercial business operations
• Develop and improve scalable compliance processes, contract governance procedures, approval workflows, document control procedures, reporting schedules, and internal operating procedures
• Rebuild and organize the company’s contract and compliance repository, ensuring files, agreements, renewals, reporting documentation, and compliance records are accurate, organized, maintained, and accessible
• Review, draft, redline, negotiate, organize, and manage Federal and commercial contracts and related documents including NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontractor agreements, vendor agreements, reseller agreements, customer agreements, purchase orders, task orders, amendments, SOWs, and managed services agreements

• Maintain contract repositories, reporting requirements, renewals, modifications, and compliance documentation.
• Partner with sales, finance, operations, and leadership teams to evaluate risk, ensure compliance, and support pursuit activities.
• Provide guidance on contract terms, customer commitments, flow-down clauses, and delivery obligations while supporting business growth and operational success.

• Manage the overall delivery of managed services to commercial clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations, service reviews, and operational communication
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics are consistently achieved
• Coordinate with engineering, support, project management, and leadership teams to ensure successful service delivery
• Lead recurring client meetings, including business reviews and operational updates
• Monitor ticket trends, client satisfaction, and service performance to identify areas for improvement

• Assist with onboarding new clients and transitioning services into support operations
• Manage escalations and work proactively to resolve client concerns

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
