About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the organization's central leader for enterprise risk management, compliance assurance, audit coordination

- Deliver risk reporting to executive leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (required)
- 10+ years of compliance, risk management, audit, operational excellence, or healthcare operations experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management principles and frameworks
- Experience managing external audits, regulatory reviews, and corrective action governance
- Medicaid and healthcare experience strongly preferred
