• Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer facilitation
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality candidate pipelines

Talent Acquisition Partner

Data Analyst

• Support the execution of analytics initiatives under the guidance of senior analytics leaders.
• Perform data analysis, reporting, and research to address defined business questions and operational challenges.
• Assist in requirements gathering, project planning, and solution development for analytics engagements.
• Manage assigned deliverables and timelines while proactively communicating risks, dependencies, and obstacles.
• Contribute to the development of dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that support business decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, datasets, and reporting solutions.
• Utilize Python and related analytical tools to perform data manipulation, analysis, and automation activities.
• Support data transformation, validation, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with managers, senior managers, and cross-functional business partners to understand analytical needs and deliver meaningful insights.

Analytics Engagement Manager I

General

• Supervises and mentor’s members of the Support Broker team.
• Fulfills roles of Lead Support Broker as needed.
• Provides supervisory leadership, mentorship, and training to new and existing Brokers, spearheading professional and workforce development within the Information & Assistance team.
• Assesses staff knowledge, skills, and abilities relative to operational requirements.
• Provides subject matter expertise and operational support in recruiting, screening, hiring, training, and performance management of Support Brokers.
• Develops training materials and curriculum (system user guides, PowerPoint presentations, tutorials, helpful hints, etc.) to promote staff development and job performance.
• Deliver training to staff on a regular and ongoing basis.
• Demonstrates initiative and active participation in program development, special projects and Information and Assistance Operations at-large.
• Co-authors or otherwise contributes to the development of new policies, procedures, training materials and other resources designed to facilitate successful self-direction of services and best practice support brokerage.
• Facilitates and attends stakeholder outreach, training and marketing events in communities served by Public Partnerships.
• Responds to escalated state program office, Support Broker, Participant and other stakeholder inquiries, complaints, and grievances.
• Documents and reports all participant/representative complaints regarding Public Partnerships services using required reporting processes and systems.
• Reports and appropriately follows up on allegations or reports of suspected fraud, abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
• Maintains documentation of services provided in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Handles and processes all documents, files, and Participant information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and requirements.
• Coordinates and performs quality management, including internal audits and other quality control activities.

Support Broker – Supervisor

Accountant

• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, cash forecasting, and cash movement across multiple entities and bank accounts.
• Monitor liquidity needs and support effective cash management strategies.
• Administer and manage asset-based lending (ABL) facilities and other lines of credit.
• Prepare, review, and maintain borrowing base calculations and supporting documentation.
• Process loan draws, repayments, and related treasury transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations related to treasury, cash, and loan activity.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate recording of treasury transactions.

Risk

• Serve as the organization's central leader for enterprise risk management, compliance assurance, audit coordination
• Oversee centralized risk intake and triage processes
• Coordinate external audits and assessments
• Analyze risk, audit, investigation, and remediation trends
• Deliver risk reporting to executive leadership

• Serve as the organization’s designated Privacy Officer
• Lead privacy governance and oversight activities
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state privacy laws, contractual requirements, and organizational policies
• Oversee compliance-related vendor reviews and due diligence activities
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, contractual, and organizational requirements
• Provide guidance to business leaders regarding compliance and privacy obligations

Director, Corporate Compliance and Privacy

Account Manager

• Responsible for leading strategic client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of contractual obligations, and driving business growth across health and human services programs.
• Acts as a trusted advisor to state agencies, managed care organizations, and key stakeholders.
• Oversees program performance, service level agreements, and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Provides consultative guidance to clients while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and generate new business.
