• Independently own the full range of day-to-day HR operations for the organization
• Administer benefits, compliance, HRIS, employee relations, and onboarding
• Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on policy interpretation, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
• Maintain and update the employee handbook and policy library
• Create and manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
• Track and manage mandatory training programs (anti-harassment, security awareness)
• Maintain the integrity of employee records and compliance documentation
• Support office-wide communication and coordination for HR-related announcements
• Partner with leadership to implement company-wide initiatives as directed

Senior HR Generalist

Controller

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements
• Maintain internal controls and strengthen them as the company grows
• Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules
• Develop financial statements and work with finance to understand financial forecasts
• Monitor cash flow and working capital
• Manage banking relationships and credit facilities
• Oversee cash disbursements and optimize liquidity
• Partner with the Sr. Direct of Finance to guide financial strategy
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across financial systems
• Coordinate federal, state, and local tax filings
• Ensure compliance with sales tax, payroll tax, and other obligations
