About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support day-to-day coordination and control of inventory operations across EMEA warehouses
  • Ensure that inventory records between ResMed ERP systems and 3PL warehouse systems are regularly reconciled, accurate, and investigated when differences occur
  • Work closely with internal teams and 3PL partners to identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions
  • Support stock transfers between European warehouses and monitor aging, expired, and obsolete stock
  • Coordinate disposal of inventory and cycle count activities in line with ResMed requirements
  • Analyze inventory trends and identify risks impacting accuracy and availability
  • Develop and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Support root cause analysis and implement preventive actions
  • Coordinate inventory-related projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Support audits by providing documentation and analysis
  • Participate in system enhancements, testing, and implementation of processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or similar technical discipline
  • 2+ years of experience managing inventory control within operations covering both 3PL and in house operations
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI and other data analytics tools is a plus.
