About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong energy or infrastructure background with deep understanding of credit analysis.
  • Willingness to rapidly pivot into different sectors to meet client needs.
  • Execution maturity across credit portfolio.
  • Proven coaching/mentorship experience.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to scale automation/agent workflows.
  • Strong research/data/credit/financial analysis skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; professional certification (such as CFA) is highly valued.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
