About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day guidance/coaching to Research Assistants and Rating Analysts.
- Drive consistency/scalability by codifying standard work and promoting disciplined adoption.
- Strengthen AI-enabled productivity by creating reusable assets and proposing lightweight automations.
- Own surveillance/updates for assigned portfolio, synthesizing performance metrics into insights.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Three to five years of experience in project finance and/or infrastructure finance.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure project structures and documentation.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including cash flow modeling/interpretation, ratio and covenant analysis, and accounting fundamentals.
- Strong collaboration/relationship management; influences through credibility and constructive challenge.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required; a master’s degree or professional certification is highly valued.
