About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Index Committee chairperson with comprehensive meeting preparation, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Facilitate critical Index Committee processes including quarterly rebalancings, annual methodology reviews, index launches, compiling consultation results and methodology change implementations
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements through innovative use of technology and artificial intelligence tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and ensure timely delivery of committee-related deliverables
  • Adopt Index Governance policies and procedures as they relate to Index Committees
  • Maintain detailed audit trails and documentation to support regulatory, compliance and internal governance requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-3 years of professional experience related to financial markets
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and meeting management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in meeting management tools and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Copilot or Facilitator
  • Experience in workflow, process, or system improvement
  • Proactive, with the ability to assume responsibility and strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to apply sound judgment and maintain confidentiality on a day-to-day basis.
  • Experience in committee support, governance, or administrative coordination roles within financial services (preferred)
  • Proficient in artificial intelligence and automation tools (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, or best practices related to financial benchmarks (preferred)
  • Multi-lingual (preferred)
