About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete all tasks as directed by the Data Center Manager and report on any condition affecting building services and tenant comfort or safety.
Ensures success in the execution of all operation, maintenance, and modification of all critical environment building systems tasks assigned.
Completes planned and ad-hoc preventive maintenance work assignments requiring the skill and direction of several engineering, mechanical, and maintenance trades.
Provides rapid response, investigation, and management of indoor emergency situations and air quality complaints.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Superior observation and problem-solving skills.
Driver’s License
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 40lbs.
Basic physical fitness to respond quickly to emergency situations and navigate areas quickly
Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for working with small components and connectors
