What you’ll need
  • Experience of working for a Trade Union or in an Employee Relations role (preferred)
  • Experience handling disciplinary, grievance, and performance cases (preferred)
  • Sound understanding of employment processes and workplace policies (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases at once (required)
  • Experience delivering or supporting engagement activities and campaigns (preferred)
  • Demonstrates commitment to inclusive practices and fair representation (required)
  • Experience of coaching and developing others (preferred)
