About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work across the business with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver value across the project lifecycle
Deliver a variety of different activities including process and customer journey redesign, supporting tenders, drafting options papers, and assessing business change impacts
Plan analysis work and manage/influence key stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in
Shape the analysis approach and plan
Be an active member of the Business Analyst practice helping to share learning and build good practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in delivering and leading a variety of analysis and design work across the project lifecycle
Great stakeholder management, influencing and problem solving skills
Experience of designing business solutions/journeys to benefit the business
Practical experience in drawing sound conclusions and making suitable recommendations
