About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shaping and driving financial strategy aligned with business goals
- Supporting long-term planning, forecasting, and investment decisions
- Advising senior leadership on financial implications of strategic initiatives

- Act as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership team, to contribute towards business strategy and help improve financial performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fully Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a complex or regulated environment
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate financial insight into strategic action
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for driving innovation and transformation
