About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Delivery of the potable tank flood testing programme
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality and Water Hygiene requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement and influence a positive culture
  • Ensure all potable tanks receive the same level of care
  • Capture accurate and timely assurance data for asset condition grading and investment planning
  • Collaboration with the Potable Tank Assurance Specialist and Treatment Teams
  • Ensure safety and environmental protection during flood tests
  • Identify and resolve blockers to keep the programme on track

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of working on Potable Water tanks
  • Suitable health, safety, environmental and qualifications
  • Hold a Water hygiene blue card
  • Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling in enclosed area entry duties
  • Understanding of water and distribution systems and processes
  • Understanding of water quality sampling methods
  • Full UK driving licence
