About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set the overarching commercial strategy, accurately forecast, and deliver measurable impact across your portfolio of top-tier market leaders.
- Anticipate customer needs, identify new growth opportunities, and connect multiple revenue streams into cohesive plans.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, establishing clear priorities, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
- Serve as a senior advocate for Snap’s new and existing products.
- Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly strategic initiatives clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day campaign success—including ad rejection escalations, audience segmentation, and post-campaign reporting.
- Contribute to team culture, lead shared initiatives, and help raise the quality bar across the BD team by modeling excellence and sharing best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, sales, account management, or a related strategic client-facing role
- Experience owning senior client relationships and influencing commercial strategy.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
- Fluency in written and verbal English and Mandarin.
