About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for clear, measurable project success in IT and ERP projects – technically, economically and organizationally
- Lead ERP implementation projects from A to Z – from kick-off to go-live
- Analyze and optimize processes – e.g., in logistics, production or finance
- Structure requirements, develop specifications and work closely with development teams and clients
- Facilitate workshops, deliver training and present results – convincingly and tailored to the audience
- Actively contribute to internal digitalization projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or vocational training in business, IT or project management
- Several years of experience in IT project management or IT consulting
- Knowledge of business processes, e.g., in production, logistics or finance
- Understanding of technical relationships, such as interfaces or data flows
- Structured, reliable working style with a clear focus on time, budget and quality
- Confident facilitation, clear communication and a persuasive presence – internally and externally
