About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Renewable Energy Team in developing and delivering civil designs
Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs to ensure integrated design solutions
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and design quality
Monitor progress, forecast performance, and implement corrective actions
Lead and coordinate design teams within a matrix environment
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 6 months
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Strong understanding of all phases of project document production
Strong knowledge of civil systems means and methods, materials, and industry standards
Ability to lead one or more teams through all phases of project document production
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant design software including AutoCAD Civil3D, GIS, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, WaterCAD, and PondPack
