About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Renewable Energy Team in developing and delivering civil designs
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs to ensure integrated design solutions
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, and design quality
  • Monitor progress, forecast performance, and implement corrective actions
  • Lead and coordinate design teams within a matrix environment
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of all phases of project document production
  • Strong knowledge of civil systems means and methods, materials, and industry standards
  • Ability to lead one or more teams through all phases of project document production
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant design software including AutoCAD Civil3D, GIS, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, WaterCAD, and PondPack
