About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate their business needs into system solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders and lead workshops
- Model processes, identify pain-points and improvement opportunities
- Elicit business requirements and assist with testing and organizational change management
- Understand client needs and capture business decisions and requirements
- Analyze business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Develop understanding of Oracle delivered business processes within Oracle Fusion HCM
- Conduct workshops to elicit business requirements
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and coordinate testing activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and self-directed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task priorities as needed
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Able to work in a decentralized business model across multiple countries and time zones
- Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting etc. or similar ERP applications such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Ceridian, UKG
- Experience as a Business Analyst in a large organization (preferred)
- Experience with documentation and work tracking tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office suite (preferred)
- Experience building test cases and performing testing with tools such as QTest (preferred)
- Experience with agile development practices (preferred)
- Post-secondary degree, ideally related to Business or Management Information Systems
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
