About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate their business needs into system solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders and lead workshops
Model processes, identify pain-points and improvement opportunities
Elicit business requirements and assist with testing and organizational change management
Understand client needs and capture business decisions and requirements
Analyze business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
Develop understanding of Oracle delivered business processes within Oracle Fusion HCM
Conduct workshops to elicit business requirements
Facilitate user acceptance testing and coordinate testing activities

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and self-directed
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task priorities as needed
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Able to work in a decentralized business model across multiple countries and time zones
Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting etc. or similar ERP applications such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Ceridian, UKG
Experience as a Business Analyst in a large organization (preferred)
Experience with documentation and work tracking tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office suite (preferred)
Experience building test cases and performing testing with tools such as QTest (preferred)
Experience with agile development practices (preferred)
Post-secondary degree, ideally related to Business or Management Information Systems
Minimum 3 years of related experience
