About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the planning, development, production, and submission of federal proposals
- Review solicitations and evaluation criteria to ensure proposal compliance
- Lead proposal activities including kickoff meetings, status meetings, and final delivery
- Develop proposal content by translating technical information into client-focused narratives
- Prepare and coordinate SF330 submissions
- Support proposals across a broad range of federal services
- Partner with program leadership, capture managers, and technical teams
- Conduct client, competitor, and market research
- Collaborate with technical staff and project managers
- Ensure proposal quality through document management and adherence to client submission requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting federal proposals within the architecture, engineering, environmental consulting, or professional services industry
- Experience preparing SF330 Architect-Engineer qualifications packages and responding to federal RFQs, RFPs, task orders, and similar procurement opportunities
- Working knowledge of federal procurement processes, solicitation requirements, and proposal compliance
- Excellent written, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign or comparable desktop publishing software
