About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain expertise in Workday Core HCM and related business processes
  • Use consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into clients' business environment
  • Responsible for Implementation planning, Fit analysis, facilitating design sessions, Configuration, Unit testing, Rollout and potential post-implementation support
  • Assist clients in design, implementation, and support of Workday HR/Benefits/Compensation Management or other HR modules
  • Create solutions for client/internal review, Participate in client meetings to communicate status or give demos
  • Resolve configuration and functional business issues across HR modules
  • Manage role provisioning and security according to company policies to ensure correct access to HR data
  • Evaluate Workday new releases’ capabilities and their impact on current processes
  • Organize testing and rollout activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related technical field
  • Workday certified is a Plus
