General

• Set up and calibrate Non-destructive (NDT) testing equipment

Engineering Manager

• Head up and oversee all engineering activities within the project, ensuring sound adherence to Quality, Cost, and Time (QCT) delivery criteria.
• Manage design activities, the project engineering budget, and the design change process.
• Coordinate all technical tasks—whether executed by our internal teams or by partners and subcontractors—to ensure seamless technical integration for Grid Solutions projects.
• Ensure that optimized, cost-effective, and operationally efficient technical solutions are implemented in alignment with customer expectations and the project schedule.

Lead Field Service Specialist – Automated NDE

Technician

• Work with site/hub leadership to execute contractual obligations per customer requirements and activities set forth with on a daily basis, which include any portion of the electrical and mechanical equipment used in the GE wind turbine generator
• Apply extensive understanding of variable pitch & speed turbines and converter parts
• Read, understand and explain schematics, drawings, technical manuals, procedures, and regulations
• Adhere to all Environmental Health and Safety processes and regulations and all applicable compliance requirements
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems on variable pitch & variable speed turbines

Procurement

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for construction services, engineering services, and capital project-related procurement

• Own the subcontractor qualification process, including approval criteria, governance, ongoing performance review, and requalification as needed
