  • Lead high-impact programs that drive strategic priorities across the Fibre (Falcon) program nationwide
  • Drive complex, cross-functional programs — managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate across the organization to shape program strategy, provide decision-support, and ensure alignment
  • Build relationships, facilitate alignment, and ensure seamless communication on mission-critical initiatives
  • Translate complex program updates into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
  • Diagnose root causes, design creative solutions, rally stakeholders, and drive execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with significant budgets
  • Skilled in risk management, governance frameworks, and driving accountability across teams you don't directly control
  • Understand that transformation isn't just about process—it's about people
  • Leverage data and insights to track program health, identify risks early, and make informed recommendations
  • Compelling communicator at all levels of the organization
  • Create purposeful collaboration and meaningful outcomes through your relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills
  • 3-5 years experience with large-scale transformation/change management initiatives
  • 3-5 years experience in a PMO or strategic roles supporting senior leaders
  • Experience managing telecommunications infrastructure or Fibre build programs
  • Knowledge of Canadian telecommunications market and regulatory environment
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/French) is an asset
