About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and support a geographically dispersed, global team for technology solutions
- Foster collaborative partnerships between Channel organization and CIO teams
- Own delivering the best sales rep experience in the new System Simplification team
- Oversee capital sustainment and strategic portfolio enablement
- Collaborate with CIO to develop delivery plans and establish long-term roadmaps
- Ensure successful delivery of new capabilities through rigorous management and testing
- Manage and resolve sales representative ticket submissions and triage issues
- Serve as central point of contact for system issues across all sales channels
Requirements
