About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruiting & applicant management – from writing job ads and screening candidates to supporting interviews.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled student in a relevant degree program, e.g.: Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Communication & Media Studies, Social Sciences, Cultural Studies, Business Education, or a comparable field related to HR, communication or marketing.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Interest in people, communication and company culture.
- Creative thinking and a passion for writing, social media & employer branding.
- Proactive, team-oriented and well organized.
- Eagerness to actively contribute to a growing startup.
