About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the origination, structuring, and execution of capital markets transactions across corporate bonds, loans, structured products, and working capital solutions
  • Assist with preparing client-facing materials such as pitchbooks, lender presentations, and market updates
  • Conduct financial and credit analysis, including review of financial statements and comparable transactions
  • Monitor market conditions and recent transaction activity
  • Collaborate with product teams, coverage partners, and analysts throughout the deal lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Econometrics or related fields with a target graduation of December 2027 or spring 2028.
  • Ability to start the internship program in summer 2027.
  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and under time pressure
  • Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.
