About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for managing a credit administration/loan review group
- Ensures credits adhere to existing policies and regulatory credit specifications
- Documentation is adequate to ensure security of collateral
- Ongoing administration and review is adequate to maintain the loan portfolio’s quality and profitability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Eight to ten or more years of related work experience
- Excellent knowledge of credit policies, credit analysis, procedures and philosophy
- Strong analytical skills in relation to evaluating asset utilization and goals
- Demonstrated analytical and risk analysis skills
- Thorough knowledge of organization, business practices, business philosophy, and ethics
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Well-developed customer service/relations skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
