About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients and institutional clients.
Provide execution and market color across the precious metals complex, including spot, forwards, swaps, and options
Originate and structure hedging and investment solutions tailored to client needs
Work closely with trading, structuring, and risk teams to price and execute transactions
Generate and communicate market insights, trade ideas, and liquidity opportunities to clients
Expand the firm’s precious metals client franchise through new client acquisition and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain a strong understanding of macro drivers impacting precious metals, including interest rates, currency markets, and central bank activity
Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–15+ years of experience in precious metals sales trading role
Established relationships with corporate and institutional metals clients
Strong knowledge of precious metals products, including spot, forwards, options, and structured solutions
Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and client franchise development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced trading environment with strong commercial judgment
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
