About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Focus on relationships with target universities in the southeastern United States.
Own intern recruiting for assigned schools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with 2 or more years of early careers recruiting experience.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Must have early careers/campus experience
Workday and/or Phenom experience is a plus
Creativity, organization and innovative nature is desired
Thorough knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
Effective project management skills
Strong marketing, social media and recruitment network skills
Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics
Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
