About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Focus on relationships with target universities in the southeastern United States.
  • Own intern recruiting for assigned schools.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to make an impact immediately.
  • Engage in elements of recruiting, business development, and social media marketing.
  • Utilize Workday and Phenom for candidate tracking and event management.
  • Work in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks and projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with 2 or more years of early careers recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Must have early careers/campus experience
  • Workday and/or Phenom experience is a plus
  • Creativity, organization and innovative nature is desired
  • Thorough knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
  • Effective project management skills
  • Strong marketing, social media and recruitment network skills
  • Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
