About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of Access Management/IAM Portal, ServiceNow, and Power App/SharePoint applications
  • Reviewing and processing Access Management requests
  • Facilitating, documenting, and communicating clean-up projects
  • Delivering consistent, high-quality business-as-usual (BAU) servicing
  • Maintaining strong audit readiness, compliance execution, and effective remediation of customer-impacting access issues
  • Analyzing business needs, scheduling meetings, planning agendas, and conferring with business line leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically five or more years of experience in regulatory compliance activities
  • Advanced knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations
  • Thorough knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong presentation skills
