About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Defining test strategies and building functional and regression test cases
Creating readiness plans, dashboards, and production validation test plans
Identifying risks, issues, and dependencies (upstream and downstream) and helping drive solutions
Giving leaders clear visibility into readiness, risks, and go‑live decisions
Supporting post‑implementation reviews and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically five to eight years of related experience
8+ years of related experience preferred
Credit Card Lifecycle experience
Familiarity with systems like ICS, Casper, ACAPS, RCA/PRCA, PCSP, KYC and Digital Wallets
Jira and PractiTest experience is a plus
Strong functional and end‑to‑end testing skills
Great organizational, analytical, and collaboration skills
Comfortable owning defects, issues, and seeing them through to resolution
Demonstrated project management experience
