About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead onboarding efforts for new users, business processes, and use cases within the ARES platform.
  • Analyze current-state business processes and translate them into future-state workflows and system requirements.
  • Create and maintain process maps, workflows, and documentation using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), readiness activities, issue resolution, and production implementation efforts.
  • Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations that enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Partner with internal WCIB Operations teams to gather requirements, answer questions, provide guidance, and support platform adoption.
  • Build trust and influence stakeholders through organizational and process changes, even when working without direct authority.
  • Support platform enhancements, production troubleshooting, onboarding initiatives, and other strategic business technology projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful implementation and long-term adoption of business solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of direct experience (with project lead responsibilities), or eight or more years of related experience
  • Experience documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes through process mapping and workflow design
  • Knowledge of Visio, Lucidchart, or comparable process-mapping tools
  • Experience coordinating testing efforts, UAT activities, and implementation readiness
  • Strong understanding of how business processes translate into data flows, operational requirements, and system functionality
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across multiple teams
  • Experience supporting system implementations, process transformation initiatives, or technology adoption efforts
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
