About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and drive an end-to-end workstream within a larger technology initiative
Lead data analysis and synthesize insights to inform decisions and recommendations
Translate complex findings into executive-level presentations and storytelling (PowerPoint-heavy deliverables)
Partner with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, applications, etc.) to gather inputs and move work forward
Develop and manage plans, timelines, and deliverables for assigned workstreams
Drive stakeholder communication, including updates, alignment, and change-related messaging
Contribute to strategy development while supporting execution of key initiatives
Build strong working relationships across teams in a highly matrixed environment
Operate with a high level of ownership, taking initiative and proactively advancing work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience owning and managing a workstream within a larger project or program
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
Proven ability to create presentations and storytelling (PowerPoint-driven)
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without formal authority
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in a business-facing environment
Experience in project-based work environments with accountability for deliverables and timelines
High level of ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently
