About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build strategic plans to address provider’s needs and design solutions to drive revenue and value across a regional territory that spans Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana
  • Manage the relationships of small to medium size hospital accounts including custom financial relationships and the day-to-day operations of the partnership
  • Deploy comprehensive analytics to drive recommendations and decision making
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior executives
  • Interact and collaborate with suppliers ensuring contract sales growth
  • Coordinate effective relationships with provider contacts, proactively balancing relationships between the supplier and provider
  • Identify, prioritize and implement high value projects to deliver strong customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant degree preferred
  • Master’s degree desired
  • 7 or more years of relevant account management/sales experience in a hospital/health care setting required
  • Proficiency with Customer Relations Management (CRM) required (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience working with health care executive levels with the ability to influence decisions at both the C-suite and department head levels
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate meetings and present information to executive management
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and results-oriented environment
  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables
  • Candidate should reside in MO or IL.
