About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build strategic plans to address provider’s needs and design solutions to drive revenue and value across a regional territory that spans Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana
- Manage the relationships of small to medium size hospital accounts including custom financial relationships and the day-to-day operations of the partnership
- Deploy comprehensive analytics to drive recommendations and decision making
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior executives
- Interact and collaborate with suppliers ensuring contract sales growth
- Coordinate effective relationships with provider contacts, proactively balancing relationships between the supplier and provider
- Identify, prioritize and implement high value projects to deliver strong customer service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant degree preferred
- Master’s degree desired
- 7 or more years of relevant account management/sales experience in a hospital/health care setting required
- Proficiency with Customer Relations Management (CRM) required (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience working with health care executive levels with the ability to influence decisions at both the C-suite and department head levels
- Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate meetings and present information to executive management
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and results-oriented environment
- Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables
- Candidate should reside in MO or IL.
