About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of intelligent automation solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and document business processes
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, UiPath Studio, and related technologies
- Support the automation of manual and repetitive business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency
- Participate in all phases of the solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, implementation, and ongoing support
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workflows, integrations, and automation solutions
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that improve operational visibility and support business decision-making
- Assist with integrating automation platforms, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, user guides, and support materials
- Participate in project meetings, communicate project status, and complete assigned deliverables on schedule
- Adhere to established automation governance, security, development, and quality standards
- Continuously expand knowledge of intelligent automation, artificial intelligence, low-code platforms, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in software development, intelligent automation, business systems analysis, reporting, or a related technical discipline
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, or similar automation technologies
- Basic understanding of business process improvement and automation principles
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, or business intelligence concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
- Internship, academic, or hands-on project experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, UiPath, or similar automation technologies
- Exposure to APIs, databases, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Interest in intelligent automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and emerging technologies
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional project teams.
