About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development and execution of sourcing and contracting strategies
- Draft and redline contract terms and conditions
- Participate in supplier negotiations by preparing materials and summarizing issues
- Ensure contract documents reflect agreed updates
- Elevate complex negotiation items to senior sourcing executives
- Contribute to sourcing strategies by collecting and analyzing data
- Assist in RFP creation and initial evaluations
- Coordinate supplier communications for sourcing activities

Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant degree preferred
- 2 or more years of relevant experience required
- Foundational experience in contract review, redlining, or negotiation support preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and identify trends
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
