About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead negotiation of complex contract terms and conditions
Partner with Legal to draft, refine, and validate contract language
Manage the full sourcing lifecycle including opportunity assessment and RFP design
Develop sourcing strategies based on spend analysis and market trends
Identify and propose cost-savings initiatives
Oversee contract maintenance including compliance evaluation
Use analytical tools and contracting platforms
Present negotiation updates to clients and leadership
Build and maintain strong partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant degree preferred: Business, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or related field
5 or more years of relevant experience including sourcing and contracting in perioperative and PPI space
Expertise in drafting, redlining, and negotiating complex terms and conditions
Proven ability to lead complex sourcing initiatives
Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
