About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the end-to-end business relationship between Vizrt and its distributor partner.
- Act as the central operational coordination point ensuring alignment across sales operations, forecasting, inventory management, renewals, marketing coordination, and partner enablement activities.
- Ensure that all operational processes, data flows, reporting cadence, and cross-functional coordination are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate daily and weekly alignment between SDR, Technical Sales Specialist, and distributor teams.
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting for distributor performance.
- Facilitate monthly order and forecast alignment meetings.
- Monitor distributor inventory levels and product availability.
- Track lead lifecycle governance and follow-up accountability along with compliance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong background in sales operations, channel management, or business administration.
- Excellent organizational and process management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex channel environments.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience working in distributor or channel-based business models.
- Preferred: Experience in broadcast, ProAV, or technology distribution environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite).
- Understanding of SDR and technical sales operating models.
- Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain coordination.
