• The CE Technical Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for designing, building, and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions.
• This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing consulting skills, helping organizations transform sales, service, marketing, and field operations through scalable, secure, and integrated solutions.
• The ideal candidate brings strong experience across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, integrations, and application lifecycle management (ALM), while serving as a trusted advisor to clients, project teams, and executive stakeholders.

• Build strong, consultative partnerships with General Managers to understand hiring needs, office dynamics, and what distinguishes top-performing agents.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
• Create and refine job descriptions, conduct intake meetings, and maintain tailored candidate pipelines.
• Guide hiring managers and interview teams through a structured interview and selection process, providing recommendations and market insights.

• The Practice Director will be responsible for setting and maintaining the strategy and goals of the practice by creating, owning, and executing on initiatives that drive their practice forward.
• Manage the Practice Managers that oversee project managers, consultants, solution architects, developers, and team leads.
• Provide direction for practice methodologies, serve as an escalation point for issues, recognize the need for increased skillsets within the team, review Statements of Work (SOW) and negotiate credits, ensure that their practice meets our utilization targets, and maintain and grow financial goals.

• Lead customer-facing AI and intelligent automation engagements, including discovery, scoping, solution design, and delivery of Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate flows, and AI Builder solutions for Microsoft Business Central customers, with F&SCM and CE adjacencies.
• Design and build in-product agents using Microsoft’s Copilot Studio agent toolkit, including connecting Microsoft Copilot and Claude to Business Central data and workflows.
• Build intelligent automation across business processes using Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, AI Builder for document and form intelligence, and Dataverse-backed solutions that reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery.
• Support Sales and Pre-Sales on AI-related customer requests, including demos, discovery workshops, scoping calls, and SOW input.
• Operationalize Western Computer’s AI go-to-market by helping to productize, package, and launch the AI and automation service offerings on our 2026 roadmap.
