About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • We have a story worth telling, and we need someone to build the machine that tells it.
  • As Content Marketing Manager, you'll shape Workleap's presence across the entire funnel: thought leadership, paid campaigns, customer communications, and everything in between.
  • You identify the angle worth pursuing, decide on the format, and publish it across all necessary channels.
  • This is a hands-on role with room to shape the approach alongside the team manager.
  • You'll audit existing content, establish production rhythms, and develop the distribution logic that powers the entire marketing system.
  • We build the strategy together. You should arrive with strong ideas about what to say, why, and in what form.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years in content marketing, editing, or a content role spanning multiple formats;
  • Strong editorial instinct: you know what makes a message work and can spot the story angle in almost anything;
  • Proven writing ability, in both long-form and short-form formats;
  • Sense of medium: you know when an idea is better communicated in writing, visuals, or video, and can produce or direct accordingly;
  • Autonomy and proactive ownership: you build the brief, pitch the idea, and own it end to end;
  • Proficiency with AI content tools as a practitioner, with the judgment to push outputs beyond generic into something real and distinctive;
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where the playbook is still being written;
  • Bonus: French.
