About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver professional Health & Safety and liability risk consultancy
Conduct liability-focused assessments, inspections, and management system reviews
Evaluate controls and governance for EL/PL exposures and provide practical recommendations
Produce high-quality written reports for clients, brokers, and underwriters
Interpret emerging liability risks, legislation, and industry trends
Support clients with ISO 45001 implementation and continuous improvement
Build trusted relationships with customers, brokers, and internal teams to embed positive, sustainable risk culture
Represent the business at events and share technical insights internally

Requirements

What you’ll need

NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) with strong practical experience; professional membership (e.g. CMIOSH, CIRM) preferred
Experience in Health & Safety or Liability Risk Consulting within insurance or large/multi-site environments
Strong understanding of EL/PL risks, legislation, and risk management systems
Sector experience in construction, manufacturing, logistics, public sector or infrastructure is beneficial
