About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a legal partner supporting global corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate governance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Support regulatory and licensing activities

Requirements
What you’ll need- J.D. or equivalent law degree
- Active membership in good standing with a recognized legal jurisdiction
- 4–6 years of legal experience, ideally in a law firm environment
- Experience in corporate, regulatory, governance, or financial services industries
- Capacity to support legal, regulatory, or compliance matters across jurisdictions
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proactive, practical, business-oriented approach
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a strong asset
