About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver Zurich's Business Change Portfolio and maturity development
- Act as a key enabler and foundation for effective group wide project and portfolio management
- Ensures delivery and governance standards are adhered to across all change delivery within the organisation
- Leads the business case development, project mobilisation, project delivery assurance
- Focus on project planning, risk identification and mitigation, resourcing, technology delivery, and third-party relationships
- Financial budgeting, forecasting, and tracking
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 7 years experience in Project Management & Planning
- Portfolio Management
- Reporting
- Risk Management
- Financial Reporting

- Operating Model Solution Development
- Experience in leading large change programmes with technology and people/organisational change is essential
